With over 25 years of experience in the real estate business she can help a seller get their home sold and help a buyer find the home of their dreams. Karen has lead many agents in doubling their business in the real estate field by being their personal coach. Areas of Expertise
Karen's career has spanned many aspects of the real estate field. She has been in property management with the largest Property management company in the State of Iowa, where she first became licensed. She also partnered with a commercial real estate broker and learned that side of the business. She started teaching pre-licensing classes at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and earned her Brokers License at the same time. After moving back to Ohio she taught real estate classes while earniing her license. She has taught continuing education classes and coaching programs for agents ready to take their business to the next level.
Because of her passion for real estate, she and her husband started buying rental properties and rehabbing homes. In addition, Karen finds that being involved in local government with the Harrisville Township Zoning Commission helps her to keep a pulse on activities in the area. The agents she works with in the Wadsworth Office are huge supporters of the Children's Free Care Fund and they hold a large benefit each year with an auction raising over $20,000 each year. The office pitches in to collect winter coats for the Coats for Kids campaign sponsored by Howard Hanna.
