At the age of 15 I had my first job working with senior citizens. I quickly realized it was more than a job. It was a calling. My working career guided me to become a nurse. Throughout the years I continued to work with seniors as a charge nurse, nurse manager, nurse liaison, hospice nurse and admissions nurse. My journey lead me to assisting those needing to make changes in their living situations that focused on a safe and home like environment. 

After years, I realized that there was a big segment that I was not assisting...families. How do families convince their loved one that they need to move? Do they know what the options are for their mom or dad? Is it a move from a two story house to single floor living? Is it a condo? Is it a senior community? How do they approach that difficult conversation about options? This is why I became a realtor. My goal is to focus on transition as we age and to focus on helping the entire family unit.
